Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve we stayed busy around the house preparing for Christmas Day and waiting for Nana and Papaw to arrive. The snow started falling around noon and began sticking a few hours later. Ainsley pulled her chair to the back window and watched it fall, but she still refuses to go outside and enjoy it.

We headed to church around 4 and were crazy enough to still head out to dinner at the Gaylord after church. The snow did not let up all afternoon and was coming down heavier after church. By the time we arrived at the Gaylord we were all second guessing our decision. Dinner was nice and Ainsley enjoyed the decorations at the Gaylord, especially the trains. We drove very slowly on the way home and came home to three inches of snow. Quite a lot for us, especially for Christmas!
